Every time this website is accessed, our host automatically stores information your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the address requested, the page you came from, and your browser and operating system. This data is not combined with other sources and is deleted after a short period.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website.
The website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. The servers are located in Nuremberg, Germany.
This website sets a single cookie: PHPSESSID. It holds a session identifier that lets us remember the site language you chose. The cookie is deleted when you close your browser, at the latest.
Because it is technically necessary to operate the website, it requires no consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG). We set no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. This website loads no web analytics services, and no fonts or scripts from third-party servers — with the single exception described in section 5.
Through the form on the home page you send us your email address. We process it solely in order to answer your enquiry.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is directed at entering into a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest being to respond to enquiries.
Technically, your enquiry is first placed as a message in our database on the server named in section 2, and sent as an email from there. That entry is deleted once the mail has gone out; if delivery fails, it stays stored until the problem has been resolved.
Your enquiry reaches us as an email. Our mailbox is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and the message is stored there. We keep it until your enquiry has been dealt with, and delete it afterwards.
To limit abuse of the form, the sender's IP address is briefly held as a counter for a cap on submission attempts. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form against automated submissions. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
reCAPTCHA is not loaded until you have explicitly consented in the contact form. As long as you do not tick the corresponding box, no data whatsoever is transmitted to Google.
After you consent, your browser establishes a connection to Google. Your IP address and information about your behaviour on the page are transmitted to Google and evaluated there, in order to judge whether the submission comes from a human.
The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time by clearing the box again; with the box unticked we do not send your enquiry. Once loaded, however, reCAPTCHA stays active for the rest of your visit to the page — it is fully removed only when you reload or leave the page. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal is unaffected. Details of Google's processing are available at policies.google.com/privacy.
We are a company established in Ukraine. Data you send us through this website therefore reaches Ukraine, for which the European Commission has issued no adequacy decision.
For answering your enquiry, the transfer rests on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR: it is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
You have the following rights in relation to us:
A message to contact@kaworks.de is enough to exercise them.
Independently of this, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
Questions about this policy go to contact@kaworks.de. See also our imprint.
